In the midst of our trials, Christ finds a way to help us find a way. Even when life seems to be chasing us to the ground, He is there to pick us up and to keep us safe, much like Jonathon did for David. Think about the kind of friend Jonathon was to David and how much greater of a friend we have in Jesus! I never looked at Jonathon in that light, but it made me realize how personal of Savior we have in the midst of our hurt and suffering.
